What We Do

Fitness to You provides trainers and instructors to help meet your goals either in person or remotely if preferred.  We have experienced, certified trainers skilled in strength and endurance training, proper lifting techniques, balance and stability training as well as functional fitness.  We offer weight management programs to compliment your fitness goals balancing activity with calorie intake.  Those new to exercise will be guided slowly and safely.  Seated exercise is also provided.

In addition to staying active, maintaining a healthy weight is critical to achieving your health and fitness goals.  Often weight gain results from reduced activity and stress experienced by many in recent months.  By staying active and maintaining a healthy weight, not only will you feel better but you can prevent the onset of cardiovascular disease, reduce the likelihood of certain cancers and delay or prevent type 2 diabetes.  We have trainers to help you reach your personal fitness goals as well as customize eating plans to get results.  Group weight loss meetings held remotely are also available.

Working out with Noel as my instructor continues to be an awesome and well-rounded experience. During workouts No Stone is left unturned! Exercises focus on Balance, Cardio, and Stretching and then it all comes together with elements of Dance! This in turn gives you the opportunity to look and feel your absolute best!

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

People of all ages have stated their reluctance to return to a fitness center or gym at this time.  They are concerned for cleanliness, are fearful for their health or the health of another family member. Fitness to You Trainers and Instructors will meet you on your terms, even remotely.  Our trainers are experienced and educated in Personal Training, Exercise Science, Movement Science and Nutrition.  We treat every client as an individual with a unique personality, needs and goals.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

Every client is unique and equipment is dependent on their goals, health status and the result of the assessment.  The trainer will make recommendations based on the fitness plan and training schedule.  There may also be body weight training where no equipment is needed.

Making a Positive Impact

Living a healthy lifestyle includes staying active and maintaining a healthy weight.  I have helped clients of all ages, of all fitness levels, safely achieve these goals. In addition to teaching and training clients, I coach diabetes prevention, weight loss programs and have extensive experience working with cancer survivors.  My aim is to help you identify your health and fitness goals and recommend a plan to success. All of our trainers were chosen because of their education, experience and ability to work with a wide variety of clients. They will perform an assessment and design an exercise program that fits your individual needs. Our trainers are available for both in person as well as remote training in the New York City area. We also provide nutrition counseling, diet plans and weight loss assistance.  We will have you feeling good and looking great in no time!
